The easiest way is to override the default email notification address set in the prefs. On your weblog post form you should find the following: <img src="http://david.davies.name/weblog/graphics/email_notification.gif" border="1"> Just enter the email address you want to send notification to on a post by post basis, no need to go back to the prefs to change the default.
